Essent Energie Turns to ESP for Greenhouse Gas Management Software Solution

Mountain View, CA, March 01, 2005 – ESP (Environmental Software Providers) announced today that its opsEnvironmental ^TM software has been chosen by Essent Energie to form the core of an enterprise-wide information management system for greenhouse gas management. Essent Energie, the Netherlands' largest energy company, willdeploy the software in 23 facilities to manage compliance with the newly implemented European Union Emissions Trading Scheme. Within the Essent facilities, the ESP software will be used to track and calculate both CO2 and NOx emissions, as well as capturing the CO2 index.
